My name is Chris Paul and my passion is working with people to help make a difference to their lives. To achieve this I use creative techniques, including imagery and creative thinking, so that’s why my company is called “Creative Difference”. I work as a counsellor and a psychotherapist, and run groups and workshops, so take a look at my Meditation Group and other services page. I also offer training on interpersonal skills to organisations.
I am particularly interested in how our purpose emerges through the difficulties we face in life. While we all want to be happy, the pain we face can point us towards deeper purpose and meaning. Exploring this may uncover a spirituality to enrich your life.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy in Marlborough and Hungerford, near where I live. I love the rural setting and the beauty of the area. As a therapist I take your privacy very seriously, read more about this on my Privacy page. Unless otherwise agreed I will not contact you outside of sessions, except for administration purposes, and I ask that clients also respect my time and privacy.
