Personal development is about assessing your current strengths and weaknesses in order to improve any aspect of your life that you wish to address. We do this together – it’s not about me forming judgments on how well you are doing. It’s about us exploring where you want to build on the strengths you have.
A personal development session is very much about looking at the whole of your life, what satisfies you and where you want to make changes. This might take a few sessions, depending on the depth we go into. It acts as a type of wellness check, and a chance to reflect on your achievements.
We will explore what you want from the next stage of your life, your immediate and long-term goals, and how these might be achieved. We will create an action plan, breaking down the steps. We will also look at what might stop you, and any further help you might need from me, or other sources.
